IN NO EVENT SHALL ForexMT4, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR WEB SITE, OUR TRADING PLATFORM, OUR SERVICES OR THIS AGREEMENT (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) EXCEPT AS STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.

THE LIABILITY OF ForexMT4, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES, TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO A REFUND OF THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU TRANSFERRED OR DEPOSITED TO ForexMT4 IN RELATION TO THE TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
