It was never intended to work as a " profitable EA it was only exercise to  demonstrate  how to strategy test indicators.  If you saw it blinking  that was repainting which gives off a false signal. 

The main purpose I had for that one was 

1 see if it would fire how and where.
2. determine if it is stable which it is not. 

Conclusion is that it will not make for a profitable EA as the code stands in the indicator because of the redraw commands in the code. The human eye compensates for it. Best traded manually. But remember a loser EA can be your best trading buddy. At least they are mine that is once you learn their strengths and weaknesses.
