You could try this using a gmail.com account :
1) Check the "Enable" box
2) At SMTP server field write : smtp.gmail.com
3) At SMTP login field write : <your_username>@gmail.com
4) At SMTP password field write : <your_password>
5) At From field write : <your_username>@gmail.com
6) At To field write : <your_username>@gmail.com

Then on terminal windows set an alert this way:
1) Check the "Enable" box
2) Action : Mail
3) Symbol : want to survey
4) Condition : ... as well
5) Value : ...as well
6) Source : write a short message you wish to receive (like "Good! pro= fit on EUR/USD !"
7) Expire time : 60 seconds
8) Max iteration : 1 [important; not to receive lot of emails/sms]

The more expert in programming we will be, the more will be able to send em= ail/sms from within an EA.

Anyway I believe it should be enough.
I am using it on my gmail.com account.
