I attach the same chart posted previously however noting historical CNDs and RNDs. The FX5 oscillator records multiple classic negative divergences. Subsequently noted on chart are multiple reverse negative divergences. The CND did not become timely until the first RND was traced by FX5.

CND is measured from the price high fractal circled in green. Four higher price high fractals developed later all of which were class A divergences. None of these CNDs were reliable. Thereafter the highest red circled price high fractal served as point of interest for measuring three lower price high fractals. These highs recorded RNDs. The first price high fractal confirmed the earlier CNDs that a trend change had occurred. The second lower price high fractal was an entry short as was later lower price high fractal.

This chart is an example of the use of classic and reverse divergences to identify entry opportunities incident to trend change. The rule in this respect, "do not accept any classic divergences until confirmed by reverse divergence."
