LRC lines are placed on expanded 4 hour chart starting at last chart low.  On the right chart edge Waves A, B and C are marked.  C wave is at lower LRC line, the last of an EW 8 wave cycle.  Wave C low traces an A/D CPD as noted suggesting the beginning of Wave 1 of a new 8 wave cycle in this period.

 

Waves A and C are impulse corrective waves and are tradable.  Wave C should not be traded in this period.

 

Ultimately new Wave 1 will end which  will close the present open long position.  Wave two is not traded.  Wave three will begin when a CPD appears on A/D or AO.  Normally wave 2 corrects Fibonacci 61.8 of Wave 1 and this level serves as a possible entry for Wave 3.  Occasionally Wave 2 correction is 38.2, 50.0, or 76.3 of Wave 1 and these levels should be monitored for impulse/motive  Wave 3 entry.
